Hello citizens, In this blog I’m gonna show you how to recharge your BRTS Janmitra card from Home.
Sometimes on Janmarg station, There is No availability of recharge machine or something fault in it. so it’s quite boring to go another Janmarg station and recharge your card. Let’s Understand how we can recharge our card from home, step by step.
1. First of all, I’m giving you a link. Open it and Register your Janmitra card account. and please note that, Your username must be as per your Janmitra card, and without any space. Example like “VATSALDAVE”

2. When you complete your registration, do log in to your account. after that you will see interface like below
3. Click on customer card management on top left corner. Then click on Recharge card and add amount. It maybe take 2 to 5 minutes
4. Now select your card type…
5. Now complete process and recharge your Janmitra card.
After doing this process just simply go to the nearby BRTS Janmarg station and tell them to swipe your Janmitra card in to their machine

Don’t worry. I think this issue is now common because of COVID-19, what you can do is contact your nearby head office of BRTS.

When I try to log in from I’d for completing online re charge it shows access denied you are unauthorised user

I see… I never faced error like this before but you can try this :
– Double check all your entered details.
– Have you done signup/register process before? If yes then you should login and there you can see dashboard for payment
– Clear your browser data or try from different browser
– Also you can try to reach nearby icici bank branch or reach via 1800 266 9849.
